FAQS

Does a hail claim increase my insurance rates?

Hail claims do not affect your rates. They are comprehensive or considered an act of nature.

What steps should I take after my car has been hit with hail?

The first thing you should do is contact your insurance to file a claim. If you need help filing, reach out and we are happy to help.

Why choose Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)?

Paintless dent repair is almost always more cost effective, and often times quicker, than a traditional body shop. PDR also keeps your original paint intact preserving the original factory finish.

What damage can be fixed with PDR?

We have fixed dents from door dings, shopping carts, deer, icicles, luggage, and anything else that decides to damage your vehicle. Most of the time we can tell from just a picture if your dent will be a good candidate for PDR. Contact us today!

When is the best time to get my car fixed?

The sooner the better! If you stack up multiple incidents without making a claim the chances of totaling your vehicle will only increase. If you want to trade your vehicle in, the dealership will assess any damage and decrease its value.

Does hail damage affect my clean car title?

Hail damage and PDR does not show up on CARFAX and will not affect your title.

What if my insurance estimate doesn’t cover all the damage

Your insurance does an initial inspection once a claim is filed. They don’t always catch everything. No worries! Once your vehicle is in our repair facility, we will very thoroughly inspect each panel being sure to account for all damage. We have special LED lights ensuring we won’t miss a thing. We will provide proper documentation to your insurance company to be sure they cover it. This won’t cost you any extra out of pocket!
