FAQs

Does a hail claim increase my insurance rates?

Hail claims do not affect your rates. They are comprehensive or considered an act of nature.

What steps should I take after my car has been hit with hail?

The first thing you should do is contact your insurance to file a claim. They can give you a list of direct repair facilities or (DRPs). You DO NOT have to go to those shops. You can legally take your car wherever you would like. Once you have chosen your repair facility and dropped your car with us, we can take it from there.

Why choose Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)?

Most importantly, it is almost always more cost effective than a traditional body shop. Our method keeps your original paint intact preserving the original factory finish. PDR can also be done in a timelier manner getting you back to your busy life right away.

What damage can be fixed with PDR?

We have fixed dents from door dings, shopping carts, deer, ice cycles, luggage, and anything else that decides to damage your vehicle. There are limits to PDR so some of the first things we look for is damage to the paint, location, and access. Most of the time we could tell you from just a picture if your dent will be a good candidate for PDR. Contact us today!

What is the process of PDR?

Once decided that the damage can be fixed by PDR, we will gain access to the back side of the dent with one of our tools. Then, we go through a process of soft pushes that will slowly make the dent disappear. We always work the dent from all angles and directions to make sure your vehicle is back to 100% factory finish.

When is the best time to get my car fixed?

The sooner the better! If you stack up multiple incidents without making a claim the chances of totaling your vehicle will only increase. If you want to trade your vehicle in, the dealership will assess any damage and decrease its value. On a positive note, PDR is a much faster and cheaper process than traditional body shops giving us the opportunity to have sooner if not immediate availability.

How long does the PDR process take?

Small door dings can take as little as 30 minutes depending on access. Larger dents could take up to 8 hours, on just one dent! Hail damage varies just as much. Small jobs could take as little as one day. Larger hail jobs could take up to 10 business days. There are multiple factors that go into this depending on if we must order parts for your vehicle or the correspondence of your insurance compan
